| Remove and keep any cables, trays, and optional accessories installed in the device.

| Remove and keep the print cartridge.

To prevent damage to the print cartridge, store the print cartridge in its original packing material, or store it so that it is not exposed to light.

| If possible, use the original shipping container and packing material. Shipping damage as a result of inadequate packing is your responsibility. If you have already disposed of the device’s packing material, contact a local mailing service for information on repacking the device.

| Hewlett-Packard recommends that you insure the equipment for shipment.
